We received a call from a building company who required an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) facility. The business had noted an increase of clients enquiring about window and door replacement.

The company made the decision to be registered with a Competent Person Scheme which required the company to have an IBG facility in place. IWG were able to assist in preparation of a customer Purchase Contract specifically for window and door replacements.

The core Construction business continues as normal and the IWG scheme will work for them as and when needed. This is cost effective for them as we do not stipulate a minimum number of IBGs must be purchased per month.
